Silver Belles: Celebrating the Holiday in Style

Wilton House Museum celebrates its founding decade this holiday season with Silver Belles: Celebrating the Holiday in Style, an exhibition of 1930s evening gowns from the Valentine Richmond History Center’s esteemed costume collection.  The exhibition honors the generation of women who saved Wilton when the colonial house was threatened by industrial development and explores the sophisticated taste of the decade. The high-style dresses will be displayed amidst the museum’s historic interiors, decorated for a colonial revival Christmas.

The Holiday Open House will feature tours, performances, refreshments, and family friendly games.
